About the Founder
AIPL was founded by Shri G. H. Ajwani in Pune as a proprietor firm in 1975 and converted into a Private Limited Company in 1986. In his illustrious career spanning over half a century, he started with Road Construction and completed the journey by expansion into other specialized fields like Institutional Buildings; Mass Housing and Marine Projects.
In recognition of his immense contribution and service to the society, dynamic leadership and visionary qualities coupled with a principled lifestyle, he was conferred the Life Time Achievement Award by the Builders Association of India in the year 2017.
Our ethics – Honesty, Integrity, Righteousness and Amenability inherited from our Founder have built the Company and our strong belief in humanity and morality has been a turning point towards our success.

Ajwani Infrastructure was initially started in 1986 as ‘G. H. Ajwani Constructions Pvt. Ltd.’ by its founder Mr. Gobind H. Ajwani, a pioneer in the Road Construction Industry. In 2001, the name was changed to ‘Ajwani Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd.’.
We are an infrastructure development organization with our Head Office in Mumbai and Registered Office in Pune. With strong ethical values and established fundamental principles there is a flexibility in all concepts.
As one of the most trusted and reliable infrastructure development organizations in Maharashtra, we have successfully innovated the execution of several specialized projects.

Chairman's Message
We, at Ajwani Infrastructure, focus on contributing to the economic development of our Country and creating a better environment for our fellow citizens. Our business activities are pursued based on our core strengths of construction and engineering services, adopting a combination of literal and purposive approach of the projects undertaken with an endeavour to developing a safe infrastructure congenial for a stable environment.

As can be perceived through experience in handling the infrastructure projects, whether undertaken solo or in the shape of consortia or by way of public-private-participation or their variants, there still remains a lack of co-ordinated governance ideology and will-power on the part of the Statutory Authority. In my opinion all the Business Houses, the Governmental Authorities, the Technical and Commercial Agencies, should pool their resources and work together with an endeavour to simplify, improve and excel in moulding the Nation’s future so as to rank as one of the topmost infrastructure facilitators at the global level.

Board of Directors
Mr. Navin Gobind Ajwani
Mr. Navin Gobind Ajwani, is the Chairman and Managing Director of the Company. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering as well as in Law. A task master with robust common sense, affable nature and innovative ideas, he has been instrumental in leading the Company to higher strata in the Infrastructure industry. His dynamic approach towards optimization of finance and project planning plays a pivotal role in Company’s meticulous working method.
Mr. Sunil Gobind Ajwani
Mr. Sunil Gobind Ajwani, is the Joint Managing Director of the Company. He is a Graduate in Civil Engineering and has been in charge of the operations in Western Region. As a humane and conscientious businessman, he has contributed his might for the development and growth of the Company.
Mr. Sagar Sunil Ajwani
Mr. Sagar Sunil Ajwani holds the position of Executive Director in the Company and has an excellent track record in implementation of large and complex projects in the field. He is a Graduate Civil Engineer by qualification with a Master's Degree in Construction Management from the City University, London. He is an implementer with intellectual humility which has largely contributed to the diversification and modernization of the Company’s operations.
Mr. Pritish Navin Ajwani
Mr. Pritish Navin Ajwani, holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and pursuing his studies in Law was appointed as Director in 2020. He has started his career at a very young age of 20 years as a Management Trainee. Based on his outstanding contribution in the Legal field and self-driven qualities for innovative techniques; he has scaled the ladder of success at a fast pace.
Mr. K. L. Thussu
Mr. Kanhaiyalal Thussu is the Director of the Company since 2014 and has over 40 years of experience, having served with TATA Consulting Engineering and Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. He also has overseas experience with assignments in Nigeria, UAE and Nepal. He has completed his Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering from REC, Allahabad and Advanced Marketing from the University of Singapore.

The Company continues to have a financial stake in Man Ajwani Infraconstruction Limited (MAIL); (now Manaj Infraconstruction Ltd.) and also in Manaj Tollway Private Limited (MTPL) operating in the PPP segment.
